Accident Forgiveness CT

This policy perk means that we won't raise your auto insurance due to an at-fault accident for every 3 years that you're insured with us, so long as you stay at-fault accident free!

The eligibility for this is broken up into 3 different age groups:

If a driver is younger than 21, the driver has to have 3 years of driving experience, and in the last 3 years: NO chargeable at-fault accidents. NO speeding or other tickets, and NO DUIs or other major infractions.

If a driver is between 21 and 24, the driver has to have 3 years of driving experience and in the last 3 years: NO chargeable at-fault accidents. NO speeding or other tickets, and NO DUIs or other major infractions.

If a driver is 25 or older, the driver has to have 3 years of driving experience, can be accepted if there is a MINIMUM of 1 minor speeding ticket, but in the last 3 years must have: NO chargeable at-fault accidents, and NO major infractions or DUIs.
